BEST - EVER LIMA BAKE 
3 slices bacon
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 c. cooked dried lima beans
3/4 c. cooking liquid from beans

Cut bacon slices into small pieces, fry until crisp and remove from pan. Cook onion and celery gently in bacon fat until golden, but not brown; add remaining ingredients and bacon bits. Pour into greased, shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
