BEEF BRISKET 
Beef brisket fat side up in roasting pan
1 bottle chile sauce
1 can cola
1 onion soup mix

Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 5 hours or 30 minutes per pound. Then defat top of brisket cut against the grain reheat next day. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with gravy it was cooked in minus the fat (skim it).
