3 eggs
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 sm. jar each of carrots, applesauce, and apricots

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar (approximately)

Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
