CARAMEL SNAPPERS | |
1 c. sm. pecan halves 36 light caramels Glossy Chocolate Frosting Arrange pecans, flat side down, in groups of 3 on greased cookie sheets. Place 1 caramel on each cluster of pecans. Bake at 325 degrees until caramels soften, about 4-8 minutes. Remove from oven. Flatten caramels over pecans with buttered spatula. Cool slightly; remove from pan to waxed paper. Swirl glossy chocolate frosting on top. Makes 36. |
