LEMON ICE BOX CAKE 
12 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
4 lemons, juice of all and rind of 1
1 env. Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
3 doz. lady fingers

Put beaten egg yolks and sugar Knox gelatin and lemon in double boiler and cook until thick. Then add beaten egg whites. Line spring form with 3 dozen lady fingers side and bottom, any other put in with cake mixture. Put in refrigerator overnight or a few hours before using. Makes a very good light dessert.
