CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 lb. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour

Mix ingredients in order. Add eggs 1 at a time. Pour into greased 10 inch spring-form pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Leave in oven for another hour with oven shut off. Do not open oven door. Cool at room temperature for 2 hours. Then put in refrigerator. (Can also use a 9 inch spring-form pan.)
