EASY POTATO PASTIE 
1 pkg. ready made pie crusts
1 lb. lean ground beef
6 med. size potatoes (peeled & diced)
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
(Sm. amount of diced rutabaga gives good flavor also)

Mix beef, potatoes and onions. Add salt and pepper. Put into deep glass pie pan lined with 1 crust. Add about 2 tablespoons water. Cover with second crust. Slit to let steam out. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Put strips of foil around edges to prevent crust from burning.
