PAPRIKA CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and skinned
1/4 c. butter
1 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1 tsp. salt, optional
1 to 2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Wash chicken and pat dry. In oven, melt butter in oblong baking dish 13x9x2 inch. Mix baking mix, salt, paprika and pepper in a plastic bag; drop chicken pieces in one at a time to coat. Place chicken, thick side down in the buttered dish. Bake 35 minutes. Make biscuit dough as directed on package of baking mix. Turn chicken, push pieces to one end of pan. Drop dough by spoonfuls into pan in single layer next to chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer or until biscuits are light brown and chicken is tender. Serves 4.
