SALLY LUNN BREAD 
2 env. yeast
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2/3 c. flour
2 c. flour

In the large mixer bowl, combine yeast and flour. Heat water, milk, butter, sugar, and salt to 120-130 degrees. Combine mixtures and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and the 2/3 cup flour. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the 2 cups flour. Cover bowl and set in warm oven and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.

Stir mixture down and turn into well greased 10 inch tube pan. Let rise until about an inch from top of pan, about 25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Rich almost cake like bread, yet not sweet.
