BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. sugar*
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs, beaten
1 unbaked pie shell

*May substitute 1/2 cup Sweet 'N Low for sugar.

Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Pie is done when top is golden brown and knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of pie.

I have never had this pie to fail.
