BUTTERMILK PIE 
4 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pint buttermilk
juice of 1 lemon
2 pie crusts

Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, and pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 35 - 40 minutes. Beat egg whites and put on top and brown.
