VENISON MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground venison
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 slices bread crumbs
4 to 6 potatoes, cut up
Catsup

Mix egg, milk and bread crumbs and allow to soften. Combine with meat and chopped vegetables. Shape into loaf and place in crockpot. Top with catsup and green pepper rings. Place potatoes at side of loaf. Coat potatoes to keep from darkening. Cover and set to high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low for 8 to 9 hours.
