CARA BITES 
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 c. peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
3 tbsp. safflower oil
24 Triscuit crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with foil. Place bread crumbs on plate, set aside. In small saucepan, combine peanut butter and oil and stir with a wooden spoon until warm (but not boiling) Using metal tongs, dip each cracker into the peanut butter until covered and then into the bread crumbs. When done with each, place on the baking sheet to dry in the oven for 15 minutes. Store in a covered container. Wrap in foil to send in lunch.
