CARAMEL NUT POPCORN CLUSTERS 
40 caramel sqs. (approximately 14 oz.)
2 tbsp. light cream
2 qts. popped popcorn, lightly salted
1 c. salted peanuts

Combine caramel squares and cream in small bowl. Microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes on 8, stirring several times, or until caramel is smooth. In large bowl, mix popcorn and peanuts together, add caramel sauce gradually, stir until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
