ANNE BOUNT'S SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1/2 lb. butter 6 oz. sugar 1 stick butter 24 oz. reg. flour Cream butter, butter and sugar. Knead in flour. Pat into cookie sheet - large size. Prick with a fork every 1/2 inch. Cook at 325 degrees 50-60 minutes. Slice into 1/4 inch fingers or squares while still warm. Keep in tin or sealed container. |
