APPLE PIE 
2 lb. tart apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pie crust

Mix all dry ingredients then add apples on top and add flour, lemon juice and butter. Cover with pie crust and bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
