NUTRITIOUS CHEWS 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped dates
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. wheat germ

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and press down into well-oiled 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut while warm into squares or bars. Makes about 16. Enjoy!
