CHOCOLATE DIPPED PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
4 squares white almond bark
4 squares chocolate almond bark
Creamy style peanut butter
Ritz crackers
Walnut halves

Between 2 Ritz crackers, spread peanut butter, approximately 1/8 inch thick. Set crackers aside.

Spread wax paper over 4 cookie sheets. In a double boiler over low heat, melt the almond bark. Mix the bark well, being careful not to let any water in the bark mix (water granulates it).

Using a set of tong, dip each set of crackers in the bark mix. Place each one on the wax paper. Press a walnut on top of each one while bark is still hot. Let cool approximately 30 minutes before eating. Enjoy.

Stir in walnut halves in remaining bark, spoon out in small clusters on wax paper for a candy treat.
