LASAGNA SAUCE 
Brown onion, garlic and ground beef.

Add: 2 cans tomato paste 2 cans water

Season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook 2 hours.

LASAGNA:

1 c. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 hard boiled eggs
4 oz. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles in salt and olive oil, with 6 cups of water. Cover bottom of pan with sauce. Put noodles in pan. Layer until all is gone. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, in a covered dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
