MARINATED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. shrimp
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp. capers
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Tabasco to taste

Combine oil, vinegar and Tabasco; set aside. Boil and peel the shrimp. Layer shrimp, onions and capers. Pour oil and vinegar mixture over the shrimp. Cover and chill overnight. Marinate at least 8 hours.
