1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni Beef Flavor 2 lbs. lean ground beef 2 eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. water Combine rice-vermicelli mix with ground beef and egg. Shape into meatballs. In large skillet, brown and drain. Combine contents of seasoning packet and water. Pour over meatballs. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Thicken gravy. |
