OATMEAL BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blueberries, drained (thawed, if frozen)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients and set aside. In small bowl mix egg, water and oil. Add to mixture in first bowl, stirring until moistened. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
