BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh blueberries

Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffins two thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
