CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, then add remaining ingredients. Beat on high until all lumps are gone. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Set aside or chill. Mix up topping and spread on when cooled.

Top with favorite topping if desired.
