SWEET POTATO COBBLER 
4 large sweet potatoes
4 c sugar
2 TBSP self rising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
4 TBSP vanilla-butternut flavoring
1 1/2 c water
2 1/2 pie crusts
2 sticks butter

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Lay evenly in a 10 x 14 x 2 inch pan. Spread sugar, flour, cinnamon and flavoring over top. Add water, shake pan to blend ingredients.

Break or cut pie crusts into pieces; Place over top. Slice butter and distribute over crust.

Bake in 400°F oven for 1 hour or until done and crust is brown.

Makes 12 to 14 servings.
