ENGLISH PUB STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes or desired meat
5-6 lg. potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, 1 inch pieces
6 celery stalks, 1 inch pieces
2 lg. onions, cut
1 tomato soup and 1 can water
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake 3 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, covered. Serves 4.
