CHEESE GRITS 
3 c. water
3/4 c. quick grits
8 oz. sharp cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg

Bring water to boil; add pinch of salt and grits. Cook until thick; add cheese which has been cut into small chunks, butter, salts and paprika. Fold in beaten egg. Put in large baking dish. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
