CHEESY APPLE DIP 
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated finely
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
4 apples, cored and sliced
Spanish style olives, sliced
Pitted black olives, sliced

In food processor or mixer combine cheese and sour cream; mix until well blended. Add apple juice, Worcestershire, mustard and onion powder and blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with olives and refrigerate until serving time. Serve dip with apple slices. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
