DIP FOR APPLES 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. diced dates

Beat cheese. Add other ingredients. Slice red, yellow and green apples (unpeeled). Put in lemon juice of Fruit Fresh to keep from turning brown. Arrange on platter around bowl of dip.
