TACO PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. hamburger
1 envelope taco season mix
3/4 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. lettuce
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion

Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Mix Bisquick, cornmeal and 1/2 cup cold water until soft dough forms. Pat in pizza pan with floured hands forming a 1/2 inch rim. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Cook hamburger until brown. Drain, stir in taco season and 3/4 cup water. Heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes. Spread refried beans over the baked crust. Top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.
