DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 sticks (1 c.) butter 1 c. white (reg.) sugar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. egg 1/3 c. powdered cocoa 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour and soda. In a large bowl, cream together, until fluffy, butter, sugars, and vanilla. Whisk in egg. Stir in cocoa and milk; fold in flour mixture, nuts, and chocolate chips. Drop batter by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake about 12 minutes. Cool about 5 minutes before removing from sheets. Should make 4 dozen or more, depending on size. |
