BAKED BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) can baked pork & beans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
7 oz. catsup or chili sauce
1/2 to 1 onion, chopped & cooked with bacon
5 slices bacon, cut in bits & browned
1 tbsp. mustard
2 bacon strips on top

BIG BATCH:

2 (31 oz.) cans baked pork & beans
1 1/2 to 2 c. brown sugar
Vinegar
16 to 21 oz. catsup
3 onions
10 to 15 slices bacon, cut in bites & browned
4 tbsp. mustard
4 to 6 bacon strips on top

Brown bacon and onions. Add all ingredients and place in casserole. Put slices of bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until bacon is browned.

(If the can of beans has too much juice, pour some of it off so it will bake a little more quickly.)
