ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
1 stick butter
4 eggs
12 c. oil

Mix. Bake in 2 round cake pans (greased and floured) for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. banana instant pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and fold in 1 (8 ounce) carton of Cool Whip.
