YEAST BREAD/ROLLS 
2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 c. flour

Mix water and dry yeast. Add sugar, oil, salt and egg. Gradually add flour. Let rise until doubled. Knead and let rise again, divide into 3 parts. Makes 3 loaves or 2 pans of rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees until done.
