OLD FASHION MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked shell macaroni
Water for preparation of macaroni
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut up in sm. pieces)
1 sm. onion, optional
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Cook macaroni as instructed on bag or box. When it is finished cooking, drain very well. Add your butter, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Add your milk and put on low heat. Gradually add your pieces of cheese while stirring often. Do not cook on high heat or it will stick.

If you choose to use an onion, add it when you add your butter. You may change this a little (spice it up) by using jalapeno Cheez Whiz instead of Velveeta. Just go by your mood!
