PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar (white and brown)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. dark corn syrup

In mixing bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugars, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and put into unbaked pastry shell. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
