STIR FRY CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts (cut in strips)
1 c. cauliflower
1 c. broccoli
1 med. sized onion
1/2 c. carrots
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and add vegetables. Brown vegetables quickly. Add chicken, sauces. Keep stirring until chicken browns. May need to add water to keep mixture moist. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
