DIP FOR VEGETABLES 
3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 or 2 green onions, chopped (greens included)
1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 tbsp. green chilies
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos

Brown meat and onion together; drain. In a microwave safe dish, heat soup on high for about 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add sour cream, picante, green chilies and pimentos to soup. Mix well. Stir in meat mixture.

Serve with vegetables or chips. Goes well with green pepper strips, celery sticks, squash or cucumber slices, carrot sticks or broccoli or cauliflower flowerettes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
