STIR FRY BEEF 
3/4 lb. round steak
1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 md. onion, sliced into rings
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. frozen French style green beans
1 c. thinly sliced carrots

Partially freeze meat, then slice very thinly across grain into bite size strips. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add soy sauce, set aside. Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat; add oil. Stir fry garlic for 30 seconds, add vegetables, stir fry 2 minutes. Remove vegetables, add half of the meat to wok and stir 2 fry minutes, remove meat. Stir fry remaining meat 2 minutes. Return all meat to wok. Stir soy mixture; stir into meat. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in cooked vegetables. Cover and cook 1 minute. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings about 183 calories per serving.
