ICE CREAM CAKE | |
Crush 26 Oreo cookies in blender. Melt 5 tablespoons butter; pour over cookies. Press into 9x13 pan. Freeze 1/2 hour. Spread 1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream on cookies. Spread cooled glaze on ice cream. Freeze, covered. GLAZE: 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk Heat milk slowly. Add chocolate, stir until melted. Add sugar, cook until dark colored. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cook until well blended. |
