LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Bake at 350 degrees in 8 inch square pan for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
