BLUEBERRY FRITTERS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients by hand in bowl. Heat 3 to 4 inches of vegetable oil in deep fat fryer to 375 degrees. Drop batter by the spoonful into the hot oil and cook about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well. Serve with maple syrup.
