ROAST PARTRIDGE AND PHEASANT | |
Prepare bird the same as a chicken for roasting. Soak in water plus 1 tablespoon baking soda overnight. In the morning, make dressing. Stuff bird and wrap bacon strip around bird. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake small birds for 1 hour. Larger birds for 1 1/2 hours. |
