CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. good crabmeat (no shell)
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
12-15 soda crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. corn meal
1 1/2 c. oil for frying

Mix all ingredients together except corn meal. Let it sit until crackers soak up most of moisture until you can make firm ball with hands. Roll into corn meal, flatten into cakes and fry until brown on each side.
