CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, washed and drained
1 c. sugar
1 orange, quartered with any seeds removed
1/2 c. walnuts

Grind cranberries, orange sections and walnuts or use food processor at grind setting. Mix in sugar and let stand refrigerated for 24 hours before serving as accompaniment to turkey or other main dish.
