CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
1 C crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. sugar
1 apple, cored & quartered
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Put cranberries and apples through blender or food processor. (Use some pineapple juice, if using blender.) Add pineapple and spices. Taste for sweetness. Add more sugar, if needed. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
