CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, soften
2 1/2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, from concentrate

CAKE:

2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, soften
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

TOPPING:

3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Butter and flour pan. Mix filling together. Beat sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Alternately beat in dry ingredients and sour cream. Pour half of batter into pan, put in cream cheese on top, add rest of batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
