BAKED KINA (SEA URCHINS) 
2 c. kina tongues
2 rashers bacon
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter
1 med. tomato

Grease small casserole with the butter and place alternate layers of kina and bread crumbs in. Chop up the bacon and onion and place over the top with the sliced tomato. Season to taste and bake in 300 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
