CHERRY OR BLUEBERRY CHEESE PIE 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter

Knead like dough and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Refrigerate.

TOPPING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Beat with mixture until smooth and spread over crust. Top with a can of cherry or blueberry pie filling.
