JELL-O SURPRISE 
3 boxes strawberry-banana Jell-O
3 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserving 1 c. liquid)
2 c. sm. marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, diced
1 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries (do not thaw)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, fork beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 pkgs. frozen coconut (not thawed)

Mix diced bananas, pineapple and frozen strawberries. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour over frozen strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Mix until strawberries are thawed. Stir in marshmallows. Refrigerate until congealed.

In saucepan, combine and mix, sugar, flour and egg. Add reserved pineapple juice and cook until thick. Remove from heat. Pour into mixing bowl containing cream cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. Cool in refrigerator. Fold in whipped cream and spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle coconut over top and refrigerate. Serves 15 to 18.
